I have a new PC with Windows 8.1.as of 4/5. It came with McAfee & when that expired I installed AVG 5/4 as I had already purchased the CD before my previous computer had to be replaced. My last photo order was on 4/18. Since then, I have not been able to access the Walgreens photo site to order prints. I even tried disabling my firewall temporarily. That did not work either. Then I realized my new PC did not rec the Walgreens photo software when a xfer of data from the hard drive of the old PC was done to my new PC. So I downloaded it and I still cannot get in. Last night it said the system was down for maintenance - try in several hours. Now it is well past several hours and still no luck getting in. So I uninstalled the software as I tried to get updates and had message there was an update but when I tried to get it - it said it encountered a problem and the update could not be done. I am in a 'round robin' trying to get the problems resolved. Do you have any suggestions?
This was a real boost in the past and I would like to know what to do to
be able to use this feature
